What it is
A dated, measurable record of progress every single cycle
Construction disputes are usually arguments about what was on site on a particular date. A monitoring programme settles them before they start: every cycle produces a georeferenced, dated, measurable record that anybody on the project can open and interrogate.
We fly the same plan from the same control every cycle, which is what makes consecutive captures genuinely comparable. Overlay this month on last month and what you see is progress on the ground rather than a change in how the site was flown.
Beyond the imagery we deliver progress analytics - area completed against programme, earthwork movement for the period, design-versus-as-built deviation on graded platforms, and a side-by-side timeline that makes a monthly report write itself.
What you receive
- Dated orthomosaic and 3D model per cycle
- Progress overlay against design drawings
- Earthwork movement volumes for the period
- Side-by-side and swipe comparison viewer
- Annotated progress report with photographs
- Full project archive retained for the contract duration

How we deliver it
Our construction monitoring workflow
Each step exists because skipping it shows up later as an error somebody else has to find.
Programme setup
Flight plan, control network, deliverable set and cadence are fixed once at the start and repeated identically thereafter.
Scheduled capture
Recurring visits on an agreed date window, with weather contingency days built into the schedule.
Differential processing
Each cycle is processed against the locked control and compared with the previous cycle and the design surface.
Analytics
Progress percentages, quantity movement and deviation flags computed and summarised.
Distribution
Report and viewer link issued to your distribution list within 48 hours of the flight.
Where it is used
Typical applications
- Owner and lender progress verification
- Contractor interim payment substantiation
- Design-versus-as-built deviation detection
- Site logistics, laydown and access planning
- Dispute avoidance and delay claim evidence

Sectors that commission this
Yes. We work to a site-specific risk assessment and method statement, coordinate with your safety officer, brief the crew, use exclusion zones under the flight path and never overfly uninvolved people. Our pilots carry third-party liability cover.
Need construction monitoring on a site?
Send us the site, the area and what the data has to support. We respond within one working day - and if the method you asked for will not hit your accuracy target, we will say so before you commit.
