Every site gets its own quotation
We publish indicative starting prices so you can budget honestly, and then price your actual scope after looking at the site, the airspace and what the data has to support.
How we engage
Three ways to buy
Most clients start with a single survey and move to a retainer once they see how much the comparison between cycles is worth.
Single survey
One site, one mobilisation
A defined scope with a fixed deliverable set - baseline topographic survey, an as-built record, a one-off volume measurement.
- Fixed price against an agreed specification
- Standard 3-5 working day turnaround
- Accuracy report and 30 days of support included
- 40% on confirmation, 60% on delivery
Monitoring retainer
Repeat capture on a schedule
Recurring flights over the same site with a locked control network, so consecutive cycles are directly comparable. Most construction and mining work sits here.
- Meaningfully lower per-cycle rate than ad-hoc visits
- Deliverables issued within 48 hours of each flight
- Period-on-period comparison and movement analytics
- Minimum three cycles · billed monthly in arrears
Programme / framework
Multi-site or annual volume
A rate card across a portfolio of sites or a defined annual volume, with agreed mobilisation terms and priority scheduling.
- Negotiated rate card with volume banding
- Priority scheduling and guaranteed response windows
- Optional API or cloud delivery into your systems
- Departmental and PSU terms accommodated
Indicative starting prices
What things typically start at
Figures you can budget against. Exclusive of GST, ground control and mobilisation unless stated otherwise.
| Service | From | Basis | What that covers |
|---|---|---|---|
| Drone Surveying | ₹18,000 | per day of flying | Includes pilot, aircraft and standard processing. Ground control and mobilisation quoted separately. |
| Photogrammetry | ₹12,000 | per processing block | Processing-only service for client-supplied imagery, up to 1,500 frames per block. |
| LiDAR Mapping | On request | project based | Priced per corridor kilometre or per hectare depending on terrain and required point density. |
| Orthomosaic Generation | ₹8,000 | per 25 hectares | Standalone orthomosaic from existing or newly captured imagery at 3 cm GSD. |
| 3D Terrain Models | ₹15,000 | per surface deliverable | Classified DTM plus DSM for a site up to 50 hectares, from existing survey data. |
| Volume Calculations | ₹22,000 | per site visit | Single-day capture with volume report for up to 40 stockpiles within one site boundary. |
| Construction Monitoring | ₹16,000 | per monitoring cycle | Retainer pricing for scheduled repeat capture, minimum three cycles, site up to 30 hectares. |
| Agricultural Surveys | ₹450 | per hectare | Multispectral capture with calibrated index maps, minimum 40 hectares per mobilisation. |
| Infrastructure Inspection | ₹25,000 | per structure | Single-structure visual inspection with defect register. Thermal and confined-space work quoted separately. |
| Custom Drone Solutions | On request | Scoped per project | Quoted after a short feasibility discussion. |
These are genuine starting points that we do honour. Small or difficult sites can land below them; high-accuracy or heavily vegetated sites will land above. If a conventional ground survey would serve you better and cheaper, we will tell you that instead of quoting.
What moves the number
Six things that drive the price
Understanding these usually saves money - most over-specified surveys are over-specified in exactly one of these dimensions.
Accuracy and resolution
The single biggest lever. A 1 cm ground sampling distance means flying at roughly a quarter of the altitude of a 4 cm job, which multiplies flight lines, flight time and processing load over the same area.
Area or corridor length
Priced per hectare for area surveys and per kilometre for corridors, with the rate falling as scope grows because mobilisation is amortised over more ground.
Deliverable set
An orthomosaic alone is quick. Classified point clouds, breakline-constrained surfaces, cross-sections and CAD-ready exports each add processing and manual review time.
Ground control
A DGPS crew setting and observing control points is a real day of work. More control means better and more defensible accuracy - which is why we never quietly drop it to win on price.
Site conditions and access
Canopy, terrain, water, live operations and restricted airspace all change the method. Sites that need LiDAR instead of photogrammetry are a different cost basis entirely.
Mobilisation and permissions
Distance from Guwahati, crew travel, and whether the site sits in a yellow or red airspace zone requiring prior DGCA clearance.
Because the same hectare can cost three times as much depending on the accuracy required, the canopy, the terrain, the airspace and the deliverables. A single headline rate would be either misleadingly low or uncompetitively high for most enquiries. The starting prices on this page exist so you can budget; the quotation prices your actual scope.
